Important - Matrix does not automatically map a listing! The person entering the listing must map the property after they enter the address information. This process allows you to verify the location and manually change it if needed!

• After the address information is added go to the adjacent Map and click on one of the following options
  • Get Lat/Long from Address - if this does not place the map pin in the correct location then,
  • Set Lat/Long Manually - This option allows you to place the map pin exactly where you want the property to appear.

If you have entered a new listing in Matrix please verify that it is mapped.correctly. To determine if your listing is mapped look for the MAP Icon on any display. If there isn't a MAP Icon then you need to edit the Listing>go to the Property/General Information tab & map your property.
