How do I clear my temporary files?

- If you are using Mozilla Firefox:
- Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the "Clear Recent History" window.
Mac: Press Command + Shift + Del to open the "Clear Recent History" window
- Select Everything from the “Time Range to Clear” drop down box
- Click Clear Now to clear your temporary internet files.
Don't worry about which options to pick, just use the defaults.
- Close and reopen Firefox for the changes to take effect.
- If you are using Google Chrome
- Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the "Clear Browsing Data" window.
Mac: Press Command + Shift + Del to open the "Clear Browsing Data" window
- Select the beginning of time from the “Obliterate the following items from” drop down box
- Click Clear browsing data to clear your temporary internet files.

- Close and reopen Chrome for the changes to take effect.
- If you are using Internet Explorer
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the "Delete Browsing History" window
- Click Delete to clear your temporary internet files.
