How do I enter a listing by copying an older listing including the photos?

Note:You can only copy an older listing where you are the listing agent.

Go to the Add/Edit tab across the top of Matrix
Click to Add New listing, select the property type, and then enter the ML number of the listing you want to copy in the “MLS number from which to copy” section and click the Copy From button.
Fill out all required fields and click to “Save as Incomplete”
To import photos, edit your incomplete listing by going to Add/Edit and selecting your incomplete listing from the quick modify list containing all of your listings.
Click on Manage Photos and then select the option “Click here to import photos from another listing” and enter the ML number and click import.Save your changes and you can now submit the incomplete listing to make it a live listing and get your new ML number.
