What do the "Hit Counters" represent in the My listings Widget?

Hit Counters provide information to Matrix users about MLS activity/interest in their listings. Hit Counters are available at My Matrix > My Listings by choosing "My Hit Counters" in the display dropdown. Hit Counter displays generally include:

  1. Client Portals: the number of portals your listing has reached, either by Direct or Auto Email
  2. Client Views: the total number of times your listings has been viewed as a Full Display by customers within their portals
  3. Client Favorites: the number of customers who currently have this listing marked as a Favorite in their portal
  4. Client Possibilities: the number of customers who currently have this listing marked as a Possibility in their portal
  5. Auto Emails: the total number of Auto Emails that exist in the system for which your listing meets the search criteria
  6. Prev 14 Day Views: number of times the listing has been viewed in the past 14 days; these are UNIQUE views by clients.
  7. Agent Published: in Concierge mode, the number of Auto Emails that found this listing and was approved/sent by an Agent
  8. Agent Rejected: in Concierge mode, the number of Auto Emails that found this listing and was rejected/not sent by an Agent
  9. Agent IDX: Not applicable at this time
  10. Agent Views: This column gives the total number of Views within Matrix. This increases every time an Agent views the Full display for that listing. This column is re-calculated nightly.
