How do I turn My imported or newly created Saved Searches into Auto-Emails?

Turn your Imported Saved Searches into Auto Notifications Quick & Easy!
Searches from Fusion were imported into Matrix as Saved Searches, which can be located in My Matrix>Saved Searches
- Go to MY Matrix > Saved Searches *see notes below regarding the + and * next to Imported
- Select a Saved Search to convert & Disable the selected Search in Fusion ( Hint: you can have Fusion & Matrix open at the same time.
- Click on the expand arrow located between the check box & search name to view the options for the search. Settings, Criteria, Results, Date Since, Market Update, Delete. You will also see the criteria listed under the settings bar.
- View the criteria to make sure it matches the criteria of the search in Fusion and if all is ok then click on Settings. If not then click on the Criteria button to make the changes and click Save on the search template to return back to the Saved Search window then click on Settings.
- Once in the Settings window locate the "Turn this Saved Search into an Auto Email" link just above the name of the search and below the menu bar. Click on the link to take you to the auto email wizard.
- Once In the Auto Email wizard complete the following:
- Must have a Contact
- Must have a Subject( Make sure to enter a subject that is descriptive of the search as this will be the name your client sees in their Portal.
- Modify the Welcome message( This can be different for each client and will only be emailed once. It can be resent from the Contacts Settings)
- Modify the Recurring Email(This email is sent to your client each time a listing matches the criteria of the search.
- Edit your signature, if you like( It should already be setup under "My Information" if you did your homework)
- Concierge Mode. Once you enable 1 search in Concierge Mode the Concierge Widget will appear on your Home page. Concierge Mode should only be used if you are going to pre filter the results before sending to a client so for an auto email this should not be checked!.
- Select the Schedule
- Click SAVE and you are done. As soon as you click save the email will be sent to your client. In the email the client will see the Welcome Message you completed and a link to the Portal where they can view the properties you found for their review. If Concierge Mode was select then the first time you approve a listing the Welcome email will be sent.

- Imported searches with a + indicate they were an auto notification search in Fusion
- Imported searches with an * indicated the criteria from Fusion does not match what is available in Matrix and must be adjusted.
- Imported searches with a + and * indicate they were an auto notification & the criteria does not match and must be adjusted.
